2008
HANOI TRANSFORMER MANUFACTURING JOINT STOCK COMPANY was established (Later renamed to HBT TRANSFORMER).
2015 – 2017
Became strategic partner of EVNCPC and EVNNPC. Relocated factory to Tien Son Industrial Park (5,400m2).
2018 – 2019
Expanded to EVNSPC and EVNHANOI. Successfully exported first batch to the Philippines. Built 10,000m2 factory in Hoan Son IP.
2020 – 2022
Strategic restructuring into SOTEK GROUP. Launched SOTEK TRAN brand for export. Expanded to Australia, Laos, and Cambodia.
2023 – 2026
Investment in Thuan Thanh 2 IP (26,000m2) and Nam Dinh Electrical Factory (95,000m2).
