SOTEK Group actively invests in and operates industrial parks and factory clusters across key locations in Bac Ninh Province, including:
Thuan Thanh I Industrial Park – 2.6 ha
Dai Dong – Hoan Son – 1 ha
Tien Son – 0.5 ha
We are also developing a state-of-the-art electrical equipment manufacturing plant in Nam Dinh Province.
🏕️ Wellness & Resort Tourism
SOTEK is entering the premium tourism space with the development of the Kim Boi Onsen – Glamping Resort in Hoa Binh Province.
Spanning 2.8 ha and 10 ha, the project is designed to offer two distinct wellness experiences — blending natural preservation, regional culture, and modern comforts.
The resort is expected to launch in Q2 2024.
